The Grandview Chronicle extends a warm welcome to the incoming freshman, student body and staff.

We are ecstatic for the 2023-2024 school year and can’t wait for the experiences that this year will offer.

To the large Grandview population many know that the Grandview Chronicle prides itself on its inclusion of students and clubs through stories.

We hope to continue this inclusion on a wider scale this year!

We are also excited to introduce our new leaders of the Chronicle with Karisma Flowers and Maanya Jain as our new editors! We also have a new array of managers with our feature managers being Addy Vandel and Zoe Casebolt, Evan Deickman as our opinions manager, Jacob Swanson kicking it as our sports manager and our social media and culture managers Shae Jacobs and Trey Swanson. Also returning is our graphic designer Hayne Kang!

Due to a wide variety of well written stories and photo galleries the Grandview Chronicle was able to receive the award fifth in the country for Best of Show which was presented by the National Scholastic Press Association (NSPA).

Although this award was truly amazing to receive, the Grandview Chronicle plans to exceed even higher expectations that go beyond the Best of Show award.

The Chronicle staff is excited for the different stories coming our way with a different staff.

In this upcoming year let’s all focus on allowing every Grandview wolf to have their howl heard.

2023-2024 will be a wild ride, but the question is– Are you ready for it?
