On April 1st and 2nd, Unified Theatre performed their production of Shrek for the student body. From wild dragon chases to sabotaged weddings, the production was the subject of many cheers and laughs for the audience. The actors showcased their hard work and abilities through emotional scenes and impactful lines, overall putting on a quality show. Throughout the show, Shrek (played by Eric Ferrer) pursues Fiona (played by Hope Victor) and saves the swamp full of fairytale characters from the evil rule of Lord Farquaad (played by Osa Darlington). As the curtains closed on the last show, the actors waved, cheered, and bowed to the audience – certainly a performance for Unified Theatre to remember.
