The leaders of our Student Equity Organization are setting up a Racial Affinity Forum, to happen over the next two weeks. This is for students to gather and converse about their experiences and wishes at Grandview. Students will join a conversation, organized around racial affinity groups, for two meetings. Then, they will gather all of the affinity groups into one (virtual) space for a conversation, fishbowl style. Staff will be invited to watch the discussion (without participation) and then we can debrief impressions as a staff.
