Senior Artist Deadline 2/19/21
Attention art students, are you a senior who has been involved in the visual arts program at Grandview? The Grandview Art Department encourages you to apply to be one of Grandview’s “Senior Artists”. Click on this link to apply by 2/19/21.
If you have questions, contact Mr. Heckendorf and/or your art teacher for assistance.
Students that apply should meet the following criteria:
- Student exhibits exemplary character and attendance
- Student has used his/her talent in community service
- Student demonstrates understanding and practice of different artistic mediums (ceramic, painting, drawing and photography) all 4 years at GHS
- Student has earned at least a 3.75 GPA in visual arts classes
- Student demonstrates leadership and excellence in studio classes
- Student has passionate and committed involvement in art department activities
- Student has created a body of work showcased senior year
