Bringing the right snack to school can make all the difference between powering through the day or feeling drained. After interviewing students, I’ve gathered the top ten snacks that are both tasty and easy to pack. Here’s what made the list:

  1. Goldfish

These cheesy crackers are a go-to for many high schoolers. Not only do they taste amazing, but they’re also super convenient to pack.

  1. Cheez-Its

Though this one is similar to Goldfish, it’s slightly different: if you want something a little crunchier, Cheez-Its are the way to go. They have many flavors spanning from classic cheddar to hot and spicy – this makes them a versatile and tasty option to pack for school.

  1. Granola Bars

This is a great on-the-go snack that provides a little energy boost. Plus, they cater to various tastes and nutritional needs, ensuring there’s a granola bar for everyone.

  1. Chips

They’re a salty, crispy favorite among many high schoolers. Whether you go for classic potato chips or tortilla chips, they’re guaranteed to be a favorite.

  1. Candy

A little treat never hurts! These snacks are perfect for high schoolers – they provide a quick sugar boost to help power through the day and satisfy those sweet cravings.

  1. Fruit Snacks

Chewy, fruity, and delicious, fruit snacks feel like candy but make you feel a little healthier. A perfect snack for school.

  1. Fruit/Veggies

For a fresh and healthy option, fruits and veggies are a smart pick. Apple slices, baby carrots, and grapes are easy to pack and eat.

  1. Trail Mix

A mix of nuts, dried fruit, and a little chocolate makes for a snack that’s both filling and delicious.

  1. String Cheese

A great protein-packed snack that’s fun to eat and pretty filling.

  1. Popcorn

Popcorn is a perfect school snack – light, easy to pack, and totally delicious. It’s super convenient for munching on during breaks and keeps you satisfied without feeling heavy.
