Christmas, over two billion people celebrate it a year. Decorations go up, families get together and bond, presents get given and received, and most importantly you listen to wonderful Christmas songs. Here are some Christmas songs to get you into the Christmas spirit.

1. “All I Want For Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey

This is a beautiful love song by Mariah Carey who is the best-selling female artist of all time. It is a good relaxing song at first and then gets hyped. She talks about all the wonderful aspects about Christmas but adds romance by saying she wants her lover for Christmas.

2. “Last Christmas” by Wham!

This is a sad heartbreak about how a woman broke a man’s heart, but he still wants her the next year. This song is by Wham who are two British artists. They have very smooth voices with a good rhythm which can put a really good song together.

3. “Mistletoe” by Justin Bieber

The artist of this song, Justin Bieber, was very young at the time of writing this song. This is another Christmas love song about being under the mistletoe with his young lady. Justin Bieber started small and went big before he even turned 18.

4. “Santa Tell Me” by Ariana Grande

This song is also very good, it is a little repetitive, but it explains the feelings she has while singing it. This song was made in 2014 and still is a top hit. Ariana also uniquely had a part in writing the song.

5. “Feliz Navidad” by Jose Feliciano

“Feliz Navidad” is interesting because Jose Feliciano sings in not only English but Spanish as well. This is the singer’s top hit song on Spotify. This is a pleasing song wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. I would recommend this song to anyone who enjoys a little bit of change to their Christmas.

6. “Let it Snow” by Dean Martin

Dean Martin is a timeless artist who makes wonderful songs and “Let It Snow” is also one of his most-played songs. The snow is beautiful and he is encouraging it to fall but also talks about the coziness and how they stay warm during a snowstorm.

7. “Silent Night” by Mariah Carey

Mariah Carey’s voice tends to be very soulful in this song which shows the beauty of the whole song. It is very peaceful throughout the whole song. She talks about what the wonderful holiday is for in the first place as well.

8. “Jingle Bell Rock” by Bobby Helms

This song is one of my childhood favorites. This song is so upbeat and fast-paced. It is a happy Christmas carol that many artists have covered. This song is very catchy and fun to sing and dance to.

9. “My Only Wish” By Britney Spears

This is a Christmas pop song about companionship. Britney is a very cheerful artist in her songs. She has catchy tunes in her songs. This Christmas tune expresses the feelings of Christmas joy.

10. “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town” By Mariah Carey

Another wonderful song by Mariah Carey. This is kinda resembling a kid’s childhood and how to get Santa to come to your house. This type of song brings kids joy and happiness in “Santa Coming to Town.”

11. “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” By Gene Autry.

This song represents someone being special in their way in my opinion. It inspired me to know being different is okay. This can inspire people around the world to build more self-confidence.

Christmas, the wonderful holiday of the year, has many amazing songs that have more meaning than you would think of them. Overall people will figure out the true meaning of the songs. Some of the songs might make people feel happy and inspire some but they are also sad. Christmas, for many, is the most magical time of the year!
