We’ve had the mask mandate for a while now and people are still not listening and they’re choosing to keep their masks off. If you say that there is no evidence for mask effectivity then you’re choosing to ignore all of the studies that have been done. MASKS WORK. And if you don’t like masks and choose not to wear them then you’re the reason why we still have them, covid is still spreading because of you. If everyone just wore their mask we wouldn’t need to wear them to school everyday. And don’t say that covid isn’t that bad, hundreds of thousands of people have died in the US alone and people who got sick will suffer effects later in life, such as organ damage. “It’s not that bad” well if it’s not that bad then you shouldn’t mind wearing a piece of cloth over your mouth.
And at the end of the day, what we want doesn’t matter. What matters is that we keep everyone safe, and end this pandemic
If the district has evaluated mask use as needed again, it must be for a good cause. Proper mask use has been confirmed to be almost 95% effective! Mask use can be annoying for everyone, but you’re just being dramatic if you act like it’s such a struggle to use- coming from someone with shortness of breath. Maybe if it wasn’t so hard for everyone to just keep their mask on correctly, and not use sheer masks that protect you from nothing, we could get over this pandemic easier and you wouldn’t have to complain anymore. Even 3rd world countries are seeing overwhelmingly more progression than the U.S.A because they know how to suck it up and protect themselves and other people when there are people suffering and dying. In the U.S.A alone, little under 14,000 people have died THIS WEEK. Please stop fact-checking on Facebook and listen when professionals want to keep you safe.
Masks are stupid there is no evidince that they actually work why are we only wearing them in schools but we dont have to anywhere else. cherry creek is just following tri county health which is stupid the covid rate of cases in the district is 120 out of 50,000 kids which is .001% thats about 1 100th of a precent so the masks are stupid. we were just fine without them
I think masks are pointless, they dont do any actual filtering of the virus and it keeps bacterias in, it’s like throwing pebbles through a chain link fence.
If i’m told to wear them i’ll do it, I just wont necessarily agree with it.
